Oula is the retail brand for the first privatised network of service stations in Kuwait. It sets new international standards for the state, a fact reflected in the Oula name, which means 'first'. The brand strategy, developed by Circle, centres on the idea 'Part of your daily life', and is designed to put Oula's customers at its heart. Every aspect of the service stations has been designed to deliver a friendly and innovative environment never before seen in Kuwait. Added innovation is provided through the integration of the One Shop convenience store on the forecourts. We created a modular design for the architecture that works well for different site locations while offering a consistent customer experience with particular emphasis on convenience retailing. We also designed every detail of the brand - site planning, forecourt architecture, vehicle services, the convenience store, signage, uniforms and landscaping.
